When designing the landing page for cinema site, my main focus was on creating a clean and simple design with minimal clutter. This approach makes it easy for users to focus on the important information and navigate through the page efficiently.
The call-to-action were crafted to be clear, compelling and encourage users to book a film. I did this by making the CTA button orange and bold. The reason for this is the orange pops from the page and the reflecting dark brown accent. This would help in making the user’s journey smooth and easy, guiding them to take the desired action.
The design also had to be visually appealing and accessible to all users. I kept in mind people who are colour-blind and people with dyslexia, ensuring that the page is easy to navigate and access for everyone.
I also had the idea of completing the full user journey and design a landing page that guides the users through the booking process and provides them with all the necessary information. This would help in making the booking process quick, easy and hassle-free for users.
Doing this, my main focus was on creating a clean, simple and visually appealing design that is easy to navigate, with clear and compelling headlines and call-to-action, and accessible to all users. The goal was to make the user journey smooth and easy, guiding them to take the desired action.
